Planet Nutshell is provides animated videos explaining various topics. Their education section http://www.planetnutshell.com/education/ has very nice animated videos on specific topics of digital citizenship as discussion starters. They are divided into grade level categories of K-3, 4-6, 7-12 and even parents.
Copyright Matters is a pdf document which provides key questions & answers to teachers about copyright in the classroom.

PBS published a game to teach about the internet.
The Digizen website provides information for educators, parents, careers, and young people. It is used to strengthen their awareness and understanding of what digital citizenship is and encourages users of technology to be and become responsible DIGItal citiZENS. It shares specific advice and resources on issues such as social networking and cyberbullying and how these relate to and affect their own and other people's online experiences and behaviours.
